Where do I post about Billing issues?

Hi, I don't see any forums that seem appropriate for billing issues. A search on this forum admonished someone for posting billing questions here, and stated that it should be posted in "other forums". Can someone point me to the "other forums" please?Thanks...

The official forums really aren't designed for certain issues and billing is one of them. Customer service is another. These are issues that tend to have a whole lot of emotion behind them, have expectations of a response, and forums are not the best place to address issues such as these. These issues need to be tracked from start to end, plus they tend to not benefit from the mob mentality of the forums.If you are having billing issues, have a complaint, etc., you should call SOE or use Live chat -- also use the Knowledge Base for answers to common questions. If you want to discuss the different types of billing systems MMO's use, you probably want the Non-Gameplay Discussion forum.
