account in use message after computer freeze

Over an hour ago, the game froze up and i had to reboot my system. Ever since then, when i try to log back into my toon, i get a message saying that my account is in use. is this a server problem or what do i have to do to resolve the issue?

Your character is likely stuck in the world, you're going to need to either wait for it to auto disconnect (should have happened by now) or contact a GM for help.You can use the /petition command in game or the in game support tab on this page: http://soe-ing.custhelp.com/cgi-bin...d_alp.php Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
