Mounts cause npc skirt flyup for cloth simulation

Finally discovered what was causing this bug. If i'm unmounted, skirts act like you'd expect, but once mounted on my rhino, NPC skirts will fly up over their heads. While I'm on my carpet, they only fly up knee-high.

Can you also put in the bug report that you would like to keep the bug but have the toons replaced with realistic photo-quality character models heh SMILEY

I have been complaining about this for quite a while with no response SMILEY

It isn't just NPC skirts that fly up, its all characters SMILEY
