Housing in starter areas in Queynos/Freeport

I actually like the starter areas quite a bit and would REALLY like to see upgraded housing available in toe areas a well. I would like to get an upgraded house in Graystoen Yard for example rather than go to North Qeynos, etc. etc. to get more space. I would even pay a bit of a higher price by my toon for the ability to be able to do so.
