There should be a tinkered clockwork delivery pigeon that allows the tinkerer to trade one item for one item (or coin) with anyone, anywhere.crazy gnomes.Edit: hmm, not sure what the succes rate should be.-Leucippus

Heat Guided Message in a Bottlet8 tinkering, have to be standing (facing) water, you use it, and a 1 shot send mail window pops up

That one uses the mail system, but did give me the idea for this one.The carrier pigeon would be instant delivery.Think of it as a trade window you could open with anyone, anywhere. i.e. you can trade with someone while not standing next to them.-Leucippus

No idea how I missed that one. The last recipe I saw in Steamfont was 395, I will have to look again tonight when I go talk to Felonious for FROSTFELL! woot!?!

the last book IS 395, but tinkering books usualy have recipes well above the scribe skill for the book

And how would you target someone in a different zone to open a trade window with them?  To my knowledge there is no item, spell, or effect that can reach players from a different zone.  It is a nifty idea, I just don't think it is even possible.
