Necros get a charm?

Ive been reading the forums and on a few post I see comments like " I normally keep my primary pet and a charmed pet out"

In EQoA necs do get a charm spell but it is only for undead type creatures.

Also I read that necs get a lich form. Is this form like the lvl 20 bone form (which is pretty lame although its a "fun" spell it could have looked cool)?

Edit-Also what level do necs get charm at?

Yes, necros get a charm at 55 IIRC called Control Undeath and then it's upgrade Control Undead at 74. Very good spell too IMO.
