Some of the restrictions on trial accounts are obsolete. For example Neriak and Kelethin let people level up to 20 in their newbie zones... why not allow tiral accounts go to 20 or even 25. Why not allow them to get off the islands and into Qeynos and Freeport. Why is their chat still limited... the filter solved the problem of needing to limit people.Yes restrictions are still needed... but not as restricitve. People that I know who try the trial are not satisfied with the game because they CANNOT tell anything about it.

They need to get rid of the requirement to play a fae first. They should still be restricted to the level chats, but I think tells should be OK.

They did. My wife downloaded the trial on Tuesday (or was it Monday). She was able to create any race she chose. In fact, it even allowed her to download the additional content to make an Arasai

It does not take long to hit level 10 in EQ2... maybe 2 hours. 14 days is way to long for such little content... therefore it would be logical for SOE to open up more zones since they have them downloaded already. |

I dont think the trial level cap can be raised. I wish it could but to keep players from exploiting it with bot programs it cant.Trust me any game with a trial that allows any reasonable amount of in game currency/items to be farmed with a bot program will suffer from exactly that. By putting a level 10 cap in the game it makes it take to long for a botter to be interested I would think but let that botter run a level 20 character on any zone in the game and you can bet there will be bots of exactly level 20 in exactly every part of the game with the best possible level 20 loot.Dont underestimate the cash they could make at 20 with just harvesting nodes all day on a bot in a completely safe area.Yes, the trial should be 14 days with like a 25 level limit and that would be awesome but its just not possible cause of sploiters. There was another post about this same subject just a week or so ago and really we can drop it cause even if your intentions are pure there are people who would take advantage of this cool feature so it cant ever be done. End of story.
