If the image disappears again, it's just a screenshot of the help screen when I tried to get some help the first time it said I had to wait til 0700 PST.  No biggie, 20 minutes.  The second try was what resulted in the screenshot.  The pop up said their normal hours are 1000 til 7pm PST, but below it says 7am - 7pm PST.  Just conflictin info.  Oh well...  just trying to downgrade my Station Pass to a regular subscription just to EQ2 to save money.  It's the only one I'm playing anyways and too much money just for a few extra character slots.

:^)

When I go into the subscriptions screen on my account, it only shows the Station Pass (I already have) as a choice...  I want to downgrade to just EQ2, but it isn't a choice.  I'm probably missing some button or something somewhere, but It should be easy to change my stuff without having to hunt for the right button.  I've noticed that is a techinique for a lot of subscriptions.  AOL used to be a !@#$ to cancel.

Anyways...  just venting and putting it out there for the forums...  sorry if it comes off as a troll...

Thanks for fixing pic though.  Must be a webshots thing.  I don't link pictures much.

I just downgraded from station access to just eq2 and to do that as near as I could tell the only way is just cancel your station access and wait till your current sub runs out, then reacctivate with just EQ2. Worked for me but like you said I do kinda miss all those extra char slots.

That is the only way, since no refund is given for unused portion of a subscription
