need advise on my BC line

Just wanting some advise.  Currently I have the full BC line then went down Sta 4-4-8-8 but was given some advise from guildie that the healing crits can be a waste when you can get + heal gear.  So I then Respec'd to Sta 4-4-8.  Now only having a total of 52 AA's at this time, At level 60, I am limited to about 9 free AA points.  I tried the Str line and was ok but not impressed with only 5 pts in the CA in Str line.  Then went Int and was planning to take it down to increased spell casting.  My thoughts for when I have maxed my AA's is to have Str 4-5 / Sta 4-4-8 / Int 4-4-8-8 for the cleric tree.  Want highest DPS but would like the casting speed.  One of my questions is if I do not follow thru any particular line for the end ability in the cleric trees am I missing out on anything big?  Also I am wondering if before taking another tree on the cleric side should I just respec and have my Sta 4-4-8 then put the rest in punishment for the increased buff/debuff stats?  I have read a lot of the threads and over time it seems like the Inquis that go DPS route are about 50/50 on either taking Sta / Int or Sta / Str, have even heard a few Sta / Agi.
