Omg, it looks great, and the 7 piece set bonus is FREAKING awesome. But, there is one thing this set has too much of, and absolutely none of... Too much STA and no INT... With this being raid gear, you'd think that soe would know that INT is MUCH MUCH MUCH more important than STA.

Yay for SOE not knowing what our class needs!

Nice, very nice. Now can we have some shots at a decent texture resolution on a non-SOGA model please SMILEY

Photobucket resizing the image has nothing to do with texture resolution, that is a factor of you having taken the screenshot at extreme performance. Don't take that the wrong way,  I just felt it needed pointing out SMILEY

Not taken in a wrong way, but the two in comparison the one before Photobucket and the one on my Machine. The one before Photobucket looks stupendously better in quality than after the upload. I could have hosted it full size on a server but I was lazy. =P

Now that is a nice set of armor!  What raid does that stuff drop from?

Am I the only one who noticed the utter lack of INT on the items? I said it before, it looks great (could we please get a non soga version please?) but the stats really suck.

They need to halve the sta on the arms and turn half into int.

Same thing for the hat

Turn all the sta on the gloves into INT

Leave the chest as is

Turn all the sta on the wrists in int

and halve the sta on the boots and turn it into int.

This is raid gear, and should have the stats to back it up. INT is much more important in raids than STA because if we get aggro, it would take an astronomicaly high amount of mit and STA (health) for us to last more than two hits. So come on guys, stand up and protest the crappy stats on these pieces and get us some int! (there is almost no wat to get our required int on jewlery and weapons with none on our armor)

/raises fist

I agree that int would be nice, but int isnt really a scout stat... Rangers aren't supposed to be smart, tbh I prolly wouldn't have put much more int on the set than is already there. Get some jewelry for int imo~

INT is good but that extra sta comes in handy on a PvP server when some assassin or brig is up close beating the hell out of you.

I'm with the +Int people, I'd really like to see more of it on Ranger Gear and I'd like to see STR on each piece and less +STA.        +RANGED???  One piece has +ranged on it - how often do we sit in melee range and continuously attack, how many items in the game have +piercing +slashing already on them?  These should be taken off and added as +Ranged.  Is the +parry really needed as well.

Guess what guys, EQ2 is a PVE game at heart, and all stats, items skills and EVERYTHING else should be made as such and adapted to fit the pvp servers. If I wanted to fight other people in a game, I'd go play a fighting game.

But yeah, for raiding, STR and INT completely trump sta... this set needs less sta and more of those two stats.

Agree with the int argument. But what pisses me off more is the + parry and + slashing and piercing. Only one piece has + ranged on it. And this is supposed to be ranger only armor. Get this. The swashie 7 piece bonus is 9% double attack and + 10 ranged! [Removed for Content]!!

Oh wow... we rangers really did get sort of screwed on our fabled armor didn't we? Best part about the whole set is the completed bonus... that's 18% ranged double if you got double arrow (28% if you got a bard that went down the sta line). Myabe someone should bring up our concerns in the item forums so the ddevs may actually read em, because I highly doubt they pay attention to our forum.

And, lol @ swashies getting +10 ranged... they have what, 2 ranged arts, and one is just as bad, if not worse than stream of poo?

It's a bit stupid as the Assassin hood get +6 ranged or something and we get +3 parry :/

The fabled set should really buff the primary skills imo.
