Flame Root from carnivorous plant has not done anything since the release of KoS

What's the oldest completely bugged item you can think of that doesn't do anything at all? How about the Flame Root from the carnivorous plant that hasn't done anything since Kingdom of Sky came out in 2/21/2006? It's not game breaking or anything but... 15 months later is pretty silly.
