open up the eq2 launch pad.. type in your account info.. click "my account" from the left.. then you can go in and 'edit' your eq2 subscription.. should be able to figure it out from there

Click My Subscriptions at the top. Then pick the appropriate View/Edit button.

Ya I got mad once and was going to delete mine but couldnt figure out a way either. Reminds me of how they design casinos. Keep you trapped in a maze and increase the % of income people will spend trying to find their way out. : D

Not really much like an online casino when you use the tools given to you. Link BTW, this was not meant with any disrespect but rather for informational purposes only.

![]() On mine when that screen comes up between the 'Next Subscription plan' bit and the 'enter registration key' bit I have a whole section telling me about my billing info, ie. card name, address, first 4 numbers of the card Im using and then theres an edit subscription button and a cancel button. I can only guess that you dont have them cos youre account is flagged as 'Provisional Active' and not 'Active', however what this actually means I have no idea. I'd probably suggest ringing customer support to be honest. |

Didnt notice that it was Provisional Active Look i found this: "Unfortunately subscriptions cannot be modified while an account is Provisional Active. This is the grace period for a payment to be made with Global Collect and can last up to 15 days. After the 15 day period you will be able to change the subscription, if you cannot you need to contact Customer Support. You can reach the Accounts department by phone Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm PST at 858-537-0898. " Thanks for the help ![]() |

Global Collect, unlike most credit cards, does not transfer the money to SOE immediately. I have seen it take up to 3 weeks (which is why our company stopped using it). During the time you subscribe and SOE actually gets the money, you are provisional.
