Question about Unrest

We picked up a Halasian Whiskey from the bar, and we have no idea what to do with it, we spent a significant amount of time mousing over/clicking the bar area and came up with nothing, any suggestions?

The watered down drink is a drop from the bartender. The Halasian Whiskey seems to just be a harvestable sample of what you can make with the recipe that also drops off the bartender.

What does the recipe make? I discovered one but never finished zone so threw it on broker. Is this a quest recipe? It says 5 uses. It's called bartender's something or another and is a level 70 provisioner book that can be scribed..

The recipe drops from the 'irritated chef' in the graveyard out back.

The rotting meat from the pigs, the drink, some rotton vegetables from the pantry, and something else are used in the kitchen to 'craft' an item. That is sent up the dumbwaiter which I believe opens the door above... which is 'the dining room' for an optional named kill? (not sure if named was up there, but pretty sure that door opened when we sent it up)

Gargamel, we're talking about the tradeskill recipe that drops off the bartender, not the one needed to summon the waiter.
