Fire and Ice is the second quest for the origional prismatic series, follow that series through and you will get it.

No idea bout minions of the mighty though.

They are catalog quests. Idk, can you still buy them off of distressed merchants like you could (I think) in T5?

I'd be interested in hearing (even if it's not in game anymore) how these two originally were in game. I had heard of them,  but not seen them until they showed up in Kelethin.

Well iirc if you completed a dynamic camp with a distressed merchant pre-DoF, the merchant sold some good such as bags, ammo and I think for each or most tiers some catalog books. I haven't done any of these dynamic camps in a LONG time so idk if they still do, but I think it used to be like that.

You could also try the bookseller in the mage tower, the same guy that gives out the certificates for doing HQ's and such.

It's fairly annoying that evil characters seemingly can't get all of these Catalog quests nearly as easily (or at all).  If those catalogs are for sale in Kelethin it seems they should be for sale in Qeynos and Freeport too, but I didn't see them last time I checked.

I assumed that it was part of their goal to make the Fay areas faily self contained. You don't really have to leave the expansion as a Fae if you aren't inclined, so they made sure to give them access to all the stuff they'd need...l and l and so on. COurse to actually do the quests they'll ahve to visit the zones they could spawn the distrssed merchants for anyway, so I guess that doesn't work SMILEY I assumed they put the same merchant whenever they do an evil fae city.
