In Honor & Service question

Off the eq2I site, it tells me to visit The Battle at Burning Roots Memorial in Gfay at (-301, 19, -57) to get the HQ. I went there, found the supposed memorial, but when I moused over the text, I could not click on anything or get anything to select to progress anything. Am I at the wrong spot to start that low level HQ? I am a betrayed rat living in Qeynos, will that effect anything? Do I have to get enough faction with someone to get the HQ?

Any more details on that? Someone said something about talking to a dwarf, I put his name it, and found him. When I started talking, all he did was give me the history on certain things. Am I talking to the wrong one, or do I have to talk to him in a certain order, to get him to give me the quest?

You have to pay attention to what he is saying. And he's a rather wordy chap, too.

You have to be level 15 to start. And yes, it took a while to finally get the quest. Captain Irontoe likes to talk.

If that's not the issue, then you might be right about being in Qeynos.
