This all happened in about 80 minutes. HOS we had just killed the Overlord and zoned crashed. I have to say we were all pretty upset after the Antechamber crashed. Zoning into HOS and having that crash just like it did the week before last was just icing on the cake.

If the devs dont start getting more stable servers I hate to think what is going to happen when the next generation of MMOs comes out. With all these problems continually happening nearly two years after launch, it makes the decision to move to another game all too easy.

Those two zones last night, and tonight Vyemm's crashed less than halfway through.3 zones in 2 nights crashed for us, while other raids remained in the same zone. What does Sony have against us? Seriously.....MarrosVagabonds

Yeah I could maybe chalk one up to randomness....but 3 zones in 2 nights, when other guilds don't get kicked out (granted nobody I don't believe other then us goes in Antechamber)...Something isn't right in Kansas SMILEY

That was day 1, day 2 we killed Cheldrak before it had a chance to boot us, but then we zoned into Vyemms only to be booted after about one hour.

Three  times in 2 days we got booted from an instance zone [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn]ing our lockout timers?

What the [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn]ing hell SOE? This is about as frustrating as frustrating can get for a raid guild. Its not like its happening to anyone else on our server, but it is happening to us repeatedly. Obviously customer service is no help, and it is taking me everything I have to hold my tongue without ripping a few heads off.

5 day lockouts on raid zones that repeatedly crash is about the stupidest idea ever invented. What WoW does is have no lockout but when you zone back in, everything that you killed is still dead. That would be perfect. Having our instance vanish on us because we get booted by the server is totally jacked up.

What I would like is a reason as to why the zones keep crashing, and why they refuse to reset out timers. How do we know there isn't a rogue GM crashing our zones exclusively just for [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn]s and giggles.Keep your [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn]ing employees in line Sony, thanks.

This happens all too often. Granted we are getting more than our fair share the last 2 days and it sucks, but how hard would it be for a GM to enter an instance and clear the mobs that your guild had cleared, then summon you inside? Seems like it would take all of 10 minutes, and that would obviously be the fairest way to handle the situation without changing any codes.

Long term I would want a different solution that doesnt require GM assistance, but SOE just saying, tough [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn], sucks to be you, sorry I cant help, better luck next time is [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn]ing lame.

/agree

Apparently more bandwidth needs to be dedicated to these raid zones. As someone pointed out elsewhere, it's not as though we need 4 instances on Sanctum of the Scaleborn anymore.

We're expected to pass time in these raid instances until the expansion, but then we get booted less than an hour after entering and are locked out for five days. :smileysad:

Needless to say, it's extremely frustrating to all 24 people involved.

Honestly if you dont know, it doesnt matter. You wont have access, probably dont have the means of getting access, and certantly dont have the means of accomplishing anything but dieing once inside.

It is in Mystic Lake. You need to do the tower quests and receive the portal device to open the gateway to it. Chel'drak the Ancient Lord is the boss located inside the zone.

If you feel that you have not been treated appropriately by the CS staff ( assuming you even bothered sending in a petition ) just send a PM to Rybatrin and he will give you his supervisor's email address.  Unfortunately, with how the game works, they will not reset a sucessful lockout timer.

So why won't they?  Why won't SOE reset your timer when the error is on their end and the server crashes?  Seriously, contact Rybatrin.  He will give you the automated "supervisor" response and for once I think I'd take him up on his offer because this crap has been going on too long.  If you get that e-mail let us all know so we can do our part and make sure the supervisor gets a full mailbox from upset customers regarding this issue.

Regardless of your opinion of his past, present, or future abilities, you don't have to be an [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn]. Just simply choose not to answer the question.

Yeah. Maybe that was a little harsh, and out of character for me actually. It just irritates to me to no end when people are rude to one another for no apparent reason. I still beleive you should have just chosen not to post, or at the very least posted "Here is what/where it is...(followed by the contents of your previous post). At least that wouldn't have came off as totally rude, only partially so. This dang game has enough grief as it is without giveing people crap for asking a simple question.

No, his post was a "troll" in that it quoted but did not in any way, shape, or form, answer the question that was posed. I did not take issue with his truthfull characterization; I took issue with his attitude toward a felllow player, which was uncessecarily rude. That is not a troll, it is calling a spade a spade. If the truth hurts, sorry.

I've had a night to think about it and have come to the conclusion that the servers were simply overwhelmed and could not process the tremendous amounts of DPS Phov was unleashing in these various zones. Might have to start toning it down a bit in the future, bud. :smileysad:

Just a suggestion,

Kai
