Halls of the seeing open for business ?

just wondering if halls of the seeing is working as intended or not in the game yet ?

the door isnt clickable to me, access quest anyone ? or not in the game like froglocks ?

Well alot of us believe the mysterious stone's quest is the access quest but you end up with a map that nobody seems to want and you cant read and door still unclickable so thinking not fiinished.
