Was this intentional? On tuesday, they showed up as a 40+% boost to runspeed (these scale to the level of the user), and on Weds they were 20something%. I did a search thru the update notes & didn't see any mention of slashing them by half, rendering them almost useless. I haven't done the actual math, but 24% all the time is probably not a WHOLE lot more than just using sprint as soon as you regen (assuming a long trip, like say during a Journey is Half the Fun segment).

If this was unintentional, please consider bumping the fix up on the to-do list.

Sorry, my bad for not being specific. Blood of the wolf (in it's various flavors... lesser, greater, powerful & just normal) is a potion. The potions are the things I'm talking about.

No, he means the items that actually dropped off of wolves - lesser blood of the wolf, greater blood of the wolf, etc (similarly, bears and badgers dropped similar items - lesser bear claw, etc.).  They were listed as FABLED before, but they have changed that in the recent update. I can't however confirm the OPs question.

Perhaps a lack of EQ2 experience is showing (no offense)  but if you watch your guild information people are contstantly showing up as looting the Fabled Blood of the Wolf.   Near to the point of annoying depending on the zone they are in (you are on the lookout for cool drops, not the same one all the time).

And yes,  each level (lesser, greater, etc) does have different speeds on live which do not appear on test.   It appears that something has been changed.

Tharangus has looted the fabled [Strong Bear Claw].

Tharangus says to the guild, "*holds up his bag of fabled claws and wolf blood* Bah! Fabled indeed!"

spirit totems of the wolf have 24% increase in speed, the first tier of mounts have a 24% increase in speed...the drop you are referring to is a potion that has a speed increase as well, i don't remeber it being a 40% increase, but then again i just glanced at it briefly when i saw it on the broker...

Yeah, the blood of wolf speed potions were stealth nerfed, and so were the Bear Claws that drop from various bears. They're no longer fabled and I got a level 30 one last night that examined as doing only 40-75 damage when used, as opposed to 300+ before the update.. and they don't sell for crap to NPCs anymore. Why doesn't SOE at least document these nerfs in the patch?

They're only resetting to pre-LU13 state.  And they *DID* announce that many corpse loot items are no longer FABLED and that it would affect other things.
