yup, willow wood bank. The pumpkins have differant spawn points in differant zones. In willow wood, its under the tree by the benches. Spawn time is about a minute, and the despawn seems to be a veeeery long time. So I just kept collection them and eventually did that, and then chased and beat down anyone who stole one of the pumpkins.
