Anybody have any comment on what the target raid str should be?  There seems to be a huge falloff at some point in terms of returns, so while you get *something* out of more STR, you don't get very much.  At that point, it probably becomes more useful to bring INT up through gear swaps, for example.  I've been kind of noticing that going over 750-800 str or so doesn't seem to do much for my dps. 
 
I might do some testing this weekend and draw out the damage curve vs. strength, unless somebody has already done it.

Diminshing returns on mitigation is 60-65%.  Strength probably falls just a bit above this (700-750 ideal).

I generally aim for 700-800 or so if I can get there without a Str potion I go with an int potion. I only use one str adornment anyway still focus on int like I always have as going past 800 str or so really isnt worth it imo.
