DEVS: 36 summoner vs 40 Assassin I lose everytime

Im gonna put the same post up everyday until the devs answer so be prepared to see the same old thread a lot....

PROBLEMS:

1. I have no procs or bufss on me and when a Q attacks me I CANNOT get on the griffon.

2. Q with same situation can get on the griffon even when I root him.

3. I HAVE NO [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn]ING IDEA HOW I GET CARNAGE FLAGGED

4. A level 70 can attack me at level 40 when Im carnage flagged.

5. The griffon guys can't see me when Im in stealth so I have to come out of stealth to HAIL them but Qs see through stealth from 30m away?!

6. Yesterday I had 3 poisons stacked (debuff poi resist, dmg, attack speed decrease) now I can only use one.

7. I use legendary poisons. Yesterday my poisons came with roughly 100 charges. today: 4-12.

GOOD THINGS:

1. I love the game, 'nuff said.

PLEASE ADDRESS THESE ISSUES! Everytime there are patches and updates I see all this stuff that's cool for the other classes (yeah I know the grass is greener) but how come all I see in the update notes are nerfing of this class? Read the notes anyone who disbelieves me(past 6 months).

If you don't want there to be an Assassin class (Beastmaster eq1 then simply eliminate the class and refund our money so we can go play crappy rogues in that other MMO. I like this game but I would like to see changes that are for the better. My 2100 dmg move gets nerfed to 950 in PvP and the brigand feign hurt high dmg move doesnt get a 50%+ nerf. What gives?

Anyone who agrees please post so this will stay on top.
