Well, I would like to take this topic one step farther. Does anyoe have a list of Poisins that work well with eachother for debuffs and damage on each tier. I am at a loss as to which ones stack and which ones dont.

You want one damage and one debuff poison. You can have a third poison running, but I have not found one that has a lot of charges so that I could justify buying it.

I prefer debuffs vs. poison resistence. You can get those at the lower tiers. I never found one at T6. The only other debuff to use would be slashing/piercing, whichever you use.

For the third poison--power drain or stun or whatever--I used a stun poison for a bit during T6, but, as I said, it was 30 charges or so. If you use this, buy the one that gives a short stun--6 second or so. The one that gives a long stun (maybe 24 seconds--worthless since you'll probably break the stun long before the 24 seconds elapses) will only have around 4 charges.

If you contact alchemists that you see selling poisons on the broker, they'll be glad to talk to you about making poisons. They don't know a lot about what the poisons do, though.

Finally, once I got to T6 I only used legendary poisons. They cost a bit more, but, Torrent of the Ages, for instance, gives 200 procs and has 7 applications (highest quality, translucent). Its cost isn't a lot considering that it lasts for so long.
