Ok well some wierdness yesterday and Monday.Test Patch notes for LU21 went up with some scray sounding notes for Conj / Necro. They were later not in the patch notes (mabye Blackguard accidentally posted the 'internal' notes that includes the 'stealth' items). The updated patch notes list does NOT have these items, and Blackguard updated saying sorry for the confusion, that part did not go live, and hes not sure what Locke has planned for 'balancing'.One of the 5 changes for each class did go live (the change in FD timer) so I'd expect the others to follow suit, but possibly not be 'mentioned'.I thought I'd just warn people to get some parses of your data now, and so if you notice something, you can check it out a bit more objectively. The changes were basically 3 nerf's to 'shade pet', and a nerf each to mage and scout pets. Tank pet left alone, but all other pets would have DPS reduced one, two or three ways. The 'power cost lowered' is NOT a good 'tradeoff' as a Nec IMO, and the scout part about "use proper combat arts" sounds like a fancy way to make it 'work as indended' without saying nerf...Test Update Notes -- LU21 @ 3/6/06 (later updated to remove last 4 'points')
Necromancer changes:- Deathly Pallor now has no power cost and a 5 minute reuse timer instead of 15.- The Shade Pet has less of a DPS bonus than it used to.- The Shade Pet's Shadestrike ability had its damage reduced and power cost lowered.- The Shade Pet's Acidity ability had its damage reduced, reuse timer increased, and power cost lowered.- The Mage Pet's Grim Devastation ability had its damage reduced and power cost lowered.- The Scout Pet will now use the proper combat arts more consistently and will correctly gain a new combat art at level 60.
