problem with checksum attempting patch

I cannot get into EQII since the update, I receive a msg stating that there is a problem with the checksum of the file exp07_dun_kael_drakkel.vpk_delta_10817_4.patched and the update fails. Do you know how I can fix this? I run in compatability mode and as administrator in Vista.
