Tome of the Ascended

I've seen the world wide message about someone obtaining the tome, but I've not seen anyone say how to get it. I've been to the trainers in OF, but I don't know what I'm missing.

Hi there, the Tome of the Ascended is gained once you have leveled 4 Ascensions to Level 10.

Edit: Oh wait, just realized these are the beta forums. Is this a new tome?

Hmm, maybe I need to camp out and back in? All 4 are leveled to 10.

You also have to have finished the KA sig line
