What are the best places for Bruisers 20-25 and 26-30 to grind?

I've heard Giants in TS, but I went there today and was in a group, all mostly higher level than me. Highest level was 28, and I'm 23, and I got about 20% total in an hour and a half. I know at 22 I was getting about 50% an hour killing some skellies somewhere else in TS. So where is the best place?

Make sure to group with people very close to your level. Grouping with someone 5 levels distant can really decrease the xp earned. I'd bet if you had a giant group your level the experience would be very nice.
