Claw of the chosen - Need to find out about it

Ok I have heard about a weapon, that is equippable around 37-38 and it has +10 agi, they are dual wield

Does anybody know where this drops or what quest it is from?

oakwood fighting batons

145 skill required.. I think that is lvl 29? I have a pair sitting in the bank waiting for me to get the skill up that high. not sure what drops them as I found them on the broker

no they arent fighting batons, they are called Claw of the Chosen, and are equippable at level 37-38

anybody know?
