spell avoidance stuck on 93

hi i have been fighting green group encounters alot and im lvl 31 bruiser, if the mob is melee i evade everything almost but if the the mob is a spell caster i will die even if its a lvl 25 mystic with 2 arrows up, actually i attacked a named lvl 22 two arrows up and i killed him but went down to 1 bubble health left, and sometimes i just die really quick if there are just a couple of green casting mobs running after me and they stun me. Today i checked my skills and my spell avoidance sais 93, and all my friends are the same lvl with about 150 to 160, this is the reason im dieing and im curious to know if its a bug im only having or any others have it????

i guess im the only one thats stuck on 93 spell avoidance :robotmad:, my kill per death ratio is crap because of this bug, time to petition

Mines only 90.  If you do get any sort of response, please post it here.  I used to dodge spells alot at lower levels, now they are my bane.

Mine is 90/90 at level 31, pretty appauling, and yeah spells hit very often, and very hard, even with fairly ok resists.

 

Update

Yep, Patch fixed it,  155/155 now at level 31, still doesnt go off that much, but I have actually managed to avoid a few spells, so good job. Thanks SOE.

for those really lazy...- Bruisers will now properly gain Spell Avoidance after level 19.

i got a "fix"

 

before patch i didnt have the Skill Spell avoidance at all

now, after patch i have the Skill but it is maxed out at 93/93 - all other Skills (exept dual wield with is at 93/93, too) are ~186/186
