re specing..

im thinking of re specing my toon, my question is, when i origonally made my selections i picked leadship and tendwounds, while these have been useful at times im wondering if they would be useful still as i get closer to 70 (currently 66) or would i be better picking something else, cant remember what the options are now but if for example a +STR option is there would it be better to have the extra boots in that option.
