Duo: Zerker & Scout?

I've read alot of all the different posts about duoing on these forums and even in the other tank forums the only duo suggestions for a tank-class is a priest-class.

Are there any higher-end players that duo with a scout? Is it efficient at all or is it for people who just want to have fun and level real slow?

The way I figure it if a tank can keep lots of hate, then a scout can deal enough damage to kill it before the tank loses much health. Is this true or maybe I would have to consider a Paladin so I can heal a little myself. I'd really rather be a zerker and deal out extra damage to kill the mob faster than be a goody-2-shoes but I haven't seen anyone post anything about duo's without a priest.

Any experiences any of you may have would be very helpful, thank you.

I've done a duo with a guardian and a dirge. It worked just fine but we had to stick with group mobs that were white or lower con to the guardian so he didn't get ripped up before I could kill it. But it did work, just not as effective as a tank-priest duo but it was still fun.I imagine a scout-paladin would be even more effective than a zerker-scout duo. with ward and heal you might be able to take out group mobs higher con than the paladin. though this is just speculation on my part. ive only grouped with a crusader once and it was a sk.hope that helps.

For fast exp i cant see a better duo then troubadour + fighter, if you stick to low dual arrow blues or high greens you can mow thorugh them nonstop without ever taking a break (xept for bios) bard buffs (especially trouby buffs) will keep you going indefinetly, and the dps is so much higher then a warrior+healer combo, the warrior/healer combo might be able to take down higher level mobs , but at a much ...MUCH slower rate then a warrior+bard combo. So for exp purpuses, i cant see any faster route then bard+warrior.

I responded to this post in another thread. In my experience, it is doable but MUCH less efficient than duoing with a healer. Maybe if you fight solo mobs, you can go quickly, but blue heroic mobs, especially if they are in groups of 3 or more, will give you trouble no matter how good your gear is or how much dps you do.

Actually Zerker/Dirge combo is completely sweet. My bud and I duo at lvl 32 in Varsoons killing Blue^^ Clay Guardians nonstop. Killer XP and decent loots as well.

Dirge DPS is awesome, and lets face it, the Song of Luck line is what makes this possible.
