Best Adept 3 in the 20's

Hi all, My brother is a guardian and I just bought him a palladium cluster, as a present, so I can get him an adept 3. What spell should I get him that will maximize his effective hate generation? I'm a warlock who hunts with him often, so I'd like for him to generate as much hate as possible SMILEY

I dont see point upgrading 20's skills with Adept3 since you outgrow them quite fast BUT if you want hate with guardian, then taunt/AE taunt is the one I would put my money into...

Shouting Cry. Very useful into the 30s and still used at level 50 on raid mobs since its the only ae taunt that will land on them.

Going to have to go with Thram here. Shouting Cry is a great Adept 3 to get. It will help with your taunting into the 30's and of course it is the only encounter taunt you can use on x2 ^^^ raid mobs.

Taunting Blow is what I got adept III for level 10-20

ive been searching for weeks now and cannot find anyone making adept 3s... are they that rare? I found one guy that say he would make me one for 35 gold I was floored.... ive never had more then 2 gold EVER lol

App 3's are player made from common harvests. Adept 3's are player made with rare components from rare harvests. As you may have noticed with discussion here and with the pricing you've seen, rare means rare.
