Hello everyone, Havocide here from The Matrix Online (MxO) Community! Myself I plan to go to this event, and to be honest Im "excited" as anything and I cant wait. Problem is, as im sure it is for many people in my situation is the cost, due to the fact I/we live in the United Kingdon. But I've done some fact finding and found out some information that could help make it firstly more affordable for us, in turn allowing us to go. So Il start with the basic idea; going in a group will A: make it cheaper and B: allow us to go as a group. Let me show you the details in a fact sheet style form. Who.. Myself Havocide is planning to go at the moment, and any other person who wishes to go and cut costs in the process. The idea is if we can get a group of four people together it would work well as they would share a room, splitting the cost between them (detail below). If more than four people go then another room would be booked and they spread the cost between them for the room and pay the flights as normal. The main aim is to get a group of four. What... Well its the SOE Fanfare 2007, what more can I say. When.. The event itself as mentioned above runs from 2nd August to the 5th. I've looked at flights going from the UK on the 30th July and returning on 5th August. Where.. The event itself is in Las Vegas. Flights from the UK will most likely be from a London Airport. Alright, so heres the prices of the main items, bases on four people sharing. Hotel. I can't help you with sharing costs because we are going over for three weeks and not just for Fanfaire, but you are welcome to sit at the Bertox table with our Guild.

Thanks I might take you up on that. Slight update to the situation. I have got one of my guild members interested in coming and he said he is "90%" sure he can come. So hes just finding out then Il book the hotel. We are trying to get some guys from the US side of our guild to turn up to.

If you are really strapped for cash I'd recommend checking out the Gold Coast, its kitty corner to The Rio and for 4 nights I paid $355.
