New Hotbar issues on Beta Server

I have run accross two new hotbar issues on the beta server.

1. Equiped items are no longer clickable from hotbars, they now require a right click, then use item. This change destroys their effectivness, here is such an item plauged by this issue, "Pure Prayers of War".

2. Button number 11, also known as "-", on all my hotbars dosen't want to click. On all my hotbars, button 9 requires multiple click, holding the mouse down, etc to get it to use the ability on that spot.

It should also be noted, that I use UI default hotbars.

So it isn't just my custom UI I did put my tranmute on button 11 of my hotbar and couldnt' click it. this needs to be fixed before it goes live.

Not having problems with the 11 key not working, but the not being able to click on equipped items needs to be fixed!!

Im also not seeing any issue with the '-' key or number 11 or whatever. I am having an issue with the clicking of items that are hotbarred as the OP stated though.
