The proc that is on a few items including the Stickpin of the hendin shadow savant does not increase your heals or wards nor increase the healing received however the ward part does work. Hopefully i can get a red name to read this thread so we can get more of this pow loot fixed |

that would really suck if this doesnt get fixed. theres crafted items that also have this proc, and thats a incredibly expensive item to find out its broken. |

ya i tested it again yesterday to make sure it was not ninja patched in however it still does not work |

tested it today and it's still broken. |

the part where it wards target works correctly and it auctually procs it just does not increase heals or wards.
