OP states it clearly.

We've been having horrible lag here on Crushbone since you SOE decided to change your internet provider. I do understand the economic reasons behind this move but jeez, we're having at least 5-6 LD players per raid night along with tons of zoning crash. Cherry on the sunday is the chat lag that been occuring for a month or so now.

That's interesting, because we're also having some major lag problems on BB, especially in Plane of War.  What's the deal SOE?

Lag on Butcherblock has been bad too--Crashing when zoning, LD players, crashing when zoning, spell casting lag.
