Skyshrine Zone Expired Crash

Every single time my group and I try to zone into a skyshrine instance (CD, Lyceum, DP, UD) after resetting it, it will say time left 0.0 and then kick us, this bug is not new it has been around since TSO maybe even prior. But in skyshrine at least one person if not the whole group will crash to character select after being booted from the zone.
