Druid Portal in Withered Lands?

Was wondering if the Devs are hopefully planning on a Druid Portal in Withered Lands?

Would be very helpful!

Odd why there isnt one already there...

Also....add in a portal to switch between instances while its new? Definetly crowed in Skyshrine =D

I'm sure they will do some event later on like they did for Drunder - make us run around for awhile then let us work to get the spire/portals for the new zone.

I'd prefer a Wizard portal if we end up only getting one, but both would be nice. I prefer a wizard portal simply because the guild druid ring is still broken, as it has been for years...

My guilds druid ring works just fine, unless its a certain type of GH that has this issue?

T3 Guild halls.... sometimes you have to rip the druid portal npc's arm off and beat the npc about the head and shoulders to get it to actually open the portal. (the portal itself that you click on has doesn't actually display sometimes)

It's not just T3, it can happen in nearly any guild hall provided server side lag is sufficient I believe. They should change the druid portal npc into one of the bushes, so you can click it and instantly get the pop-up.

I forget who it was that posted about this (recently) but they suggested getting the portal item rather than the npc to cast the portal since the npc seems to be glitchy... (rofl@ripping arms off to beat the npc with it...)

I don't have either in my gh (too lazy to actually get it and I got those nifty items to travel from the dov druid/wiz spire event). I think the wiz portal you can get a clicky wiz spire rather than an npc to cast the portal for you, I assume druid ring can be done same way?

In any case, I hope they get around to a swift travel service to WL... the going to thurgadin docks got old pretty much on the second day.

Ours works fine. Always has. But I agree direct access would be very helpful.

Yeah I expect there will be a world event to rebuild the druid spire or wizard rings, like they have had most times.

Hanging out for this to get more house teleporters. And junk.

The problem with the druid rings in any guild hall is probably the fact that you have so much other junk in the nearby area that it's affecting the spawn time for the actual portal. Tell your guildmaster to clean house and put the druid ring significantly isolated away from the next nearest object.

I wouldn't expect this even to come till the next GU ad best, I figure the Qeynos waste of time is next, then the following update will include a raid zone, an x2, a heroic instance, and the druid portal event.

I timed how long it takes to get to Skyshrine the poor way: Home DoV RW painting>griff>Thurgadin>WL griff>horse>village>Skyshrine griff ~7-8 minutes.
