Bad Bad Gnomish Spring Boots

I tried using my spring boots tonight and lo and behold, they do not spring anymore. If this is intended, please bring back the jump height we used to have before the boots were added to the game.

Yeah, it was removed with the great (bad) itemization revamp.

I'm almost as sad about it as losing /pizza.
