This is puzzling me, I don't know if my mind is playing tricks on me or not but something seems amiss with the server EXP bonus. What is going on between 0% conversion and 100% conversion, there is extra experience in there. These number were all without vitality, and from the same mobs of same level, AA and character level same throughout all as well.

Math isn't my strong suit but 73 + 73 sounds doubled to me.

73+73=146 yes that is being double, when 0% is being converted there are 146 EXP points, when 100% is being converted it is 292. I clarified the OP it is adding the 100% server bonus, but the numbers don't add up when converting.

73 reg exp (aa double)

73 bonus (aa double)

= 292

Guess that is what they meant by TRUE double EXP.

I can't say for sure but I do not think it worked like this on the last server bonus EXP, I could be wrong though because I didn't look at it as closely.

We dont know what the "Adv to AA XP" Conversion rate is.  It isn't 1:1.

Its additive.

Normal

(Mob XP)

Bonus

(Mob XP + Mob XP)

If you're using a bonus potion it would be:

(Mob XP + Mob XP) + (Mob XP * 110%)

If you have 4 other 90 toons it would be:

(Mob XP + Mob XP) + (Mob XP * 110%) + (Mob XP * 80%)

The bonus is based on the base XP.

These numbers are not using a potion, and I showed both with character bonus exp enabled and disabled which has the effect you think that it would.

If the conversion isn't 1:1 (which is what it seems) then that would explain it.

This might explain what you are seeing:

If I have a potion that gives combat and aa xp, do I 'double dip' the bonus when at %100 AA?

1. That looks right, yep.2. Yes, tradeskill experience was included in the recent update and uses the same calculations as adventure experience.3. Yes, both adventure experience and AA experience bonuses do stack for an increased benefit.

its a bonus XP and AA (along with TS) weekend. your 73XP is being doubled to 146XP and then converted to AA. then your AA is being doubled hence the 292AAXP. dont waste time leveling on XP weekends level the AA!

High level contested zones were full of people. I mentored down and went to some low level contested zones and they were not as contested and some of them were even empty! They gave lot more xp per hour than the high level contested zones.

Yes, we've known this for years, but have tried to keep it quiet.

If you convert the xp to aa, the bonus gets applied 2x.  Once on the natural calculation, then another bonus on the AA side due to the conversion.

Thus on double xp weekends we can get an aa every 3-4 minutes.
