Launcher cannot install this game?

Whenever I log in, i can log in fine, but when the game does the scan before I can launch it, it gives me this error.

Launcher cannot install this game to C:UsersFamilyAppDataLocalSony Online EntertainmentInstalled GamesEverQuest IIeq2-live-en_US.local.cache. Please make sure that you have permission to write to this location.

How do I fix this?

Please make sure you start the LaunchPad as an administrator. Right-click the icon and select Properties. Click the Compatibility tab and check the box near the bottom that reads Run as an Administrator. You can also do this quickly by right-clicking the game icon and simply selecting Run as Admin but this does not set it to do so permanently.
