When will we be able to buff outside of a group?

Hey all, I'm sure over the years this question has been asked, and possibly answered somewhere in these forums. I haven't used them at all yet because I play the game, been playing for about 8 months now and I'm having a blast! One of the best qualities is how you can still feel like you're walking through Norrath... and I remember hearing Enchanters call out to anyone who could hear: "MGB KEI at Main Bank. Donations appreciated but never needed." Please bring that back for me :/ I'm sure others would appreciate it as well.

I full heartedly agree to this statement! Buying buffs is a piece of MMO antiquity that strongly needs to come back. Feeling down? Buy regen and go pummel a monkey! Simple happiness, for pp on the dollar =)
