Not enough space to install LP4

Ugh, tried to upgrade to LP4 by installing the new EQ2_setup.exe in my existing EQ2 folder and it's giving me an error that EQ2 requires 15 GB of drive space but I only have 7GB free. You might say, "OMG you only have 7 GB free on your hard dirve?!?!?!" and I would normally agree but I have a dedicated SSD drive for EQ2 so that's what I have free and it's more than enough normally since I don't use the drive for anything else. Are there any options besides me moving EQ2 to my main drive? Is there a way to override this unnecessary space check since I don't really need 15 GB free since it won't be downloading a whole new copy of the game?

Here is how you can get around that. Install the launchpad with the new installer to a drive that does have space. Then, from that directory, COPY the following files out of it over to where your full game files exist:

LaunchPad.exe

LaunchPad.dll

LaunchPad.ini

Also copy the entire folder /LaunchPad.libs/ over to the new location as well.

Then just create a shortcut to LaunchPad.exe in that new location and you should be good to go. If you want to clean up the temporary install you made just run the uninstall.exe file in that directory and it should clean everything up.

I'm watching football and wanted to login to eq2. My laptop only has one SSD and it's almost full. A little over 3GB free space. Please help me install this game without reinstalling.

EDIT. The game is already installed, 3GB is after the eq2 (prior to AOD) installation.

EDIT 2. I shared my EQ2 install directory of my desktop and copied the files via network suggested above and it installed fine. ty
