Here is the message I get when I try to launch the game via the Station Launcher.....

"There was a problem confirming the size of the file C:Station Launcherlp_tempUIDefaulteq2ui_mainhud_tutorial.xml ."

Any help would be appreciated.

We do have a new LaunchPad available that may resolve the issue as well.  You can install it to the same folder.

EQ2 launcher: http://launch.soe.com/eq2

if using the old Station Launcher, try logging in as Admin on your pc,

then right click the station launcher icon on the desktop

left click properties

click on Compatibility tab

check the box for "Run this program in compatibility mode for:", in the drop down, select Windows XP (Service Pack 2)

check the box for "Run this program as an administrator"

click on "Change settings for all users", then select run as admin

Apply then OK (on that window)

then on the main window of properties, click on Security Tab

click on your log in name, then click edit, and check allow, on all permissions. then apply and OK

then log back into your regular username on the pc, and launch the game from the Station Launcher, that should clear up the problem.

By EQ2Maps, you mean you use EQ2Maps updater to launch the game?  If that is the case, we highly recommend you move to our LaunchPad I linked earlier.  This gets rid of most of the problems associated with your method and the older Station Launcher methods.
