What ever happened to the epic elemental in Pillars of Flame?

EQ2Maps shows it and says something about ringing the bell. I remember long ago being in a raid trying to get it and failing once.

I thought I would try to get this for AA but it seems either my memory is fuzzy or they changed the cave to be filled with heroic sirens which I don't remember being there in the beginning.

Numerous times I have come here to not see the bell clickable, cleared all sirens with no change, etc.

I remember seeing the non-attackable pile of rocks but haven't seen it since DoF days.
