Any chance this can be turned into an activatable buff of some sort? 2 crit and some power regen isnt much these days, and I am sure those who have completed the quest/still have this item would like the opportunity to display its effect without wearing it.

have been wanting to display the graphics effect without the item sense it first came out, knowing that the item itself would be replaced. got rather used to the symbol on the screen and felt odd when i finaly swiched out for another neck item.
