Please let us put TC on ourselves

I said the magic word!

This is the third raid night where there has been zero appropriate people to cast TC on other than myself. Dirge, Brig, tank, etc. etc.? Its become so asinine that we cannot self-cast this buff and let us get something out of the reuse from TC. Its such a small incremental change that would make me not swear at SOE every time I get stuck in the short-bus group.

Also, just fix the class. There are 100 threads on what needs to be done. Just tick away at one per update and maybe we will have something playable this time next year.
