Hi.

Im trying to purchase some station cash so that i can initiate a character transfer, but when i try to add station cash, the only payment option is Credit Card, and the only Credit Card that it allows me to pick, is Master card. I dont own a master card, and ive never paid with one, my subscription is paid for by Visa, but it wont allow me to use the stored Visa card information.

Any help appreciated.

Havent seen that, but if you have a CVS pharmecy in your area they carry the 10.00 Free realms station cash cards which work for EQ2 also. That is where I buy them.

I see you've got a Visa payment source on your account now, so it looks like you got it figured out.  If you're still having trouble, just let me know!

Please retry your Station Cash wallet purchase. If you continue to encounter this problem, please visit support.station.sony.com and identify this issue"

I finally got it to work through my Mastercard (which is why I'm posting this here as I've been having issues as well). However, when the transaction went through after I pressed to go back to my main account summary the same error came back (as mentioned by others).

It looks like you are not located in the country you're registered in and that the credit card is from.  The fraud filters will not let that through.
