Quick battlegrounds question

Hey there guys, I got my first taste of PvP in EQ2 not too long ago but my previous MMOs have me well versed in the ways of player on player combat. Trouble is, there seems to be a general lack of info floating around. For instance, several websites and wikis only have the very basic info regarding battlegrounds. So if someone would like to step up to the plate, I think it would be a great help! =)

Real quickly though, battlegrounds are divided up into level groups. They are split by groups of every 10 levels right?

IE: 1-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-90. Right?

I am kind of at a cross roads as to how far I should keep leveling if I wished to stay within a particular level range. Thanks!

Thanks, you would think this would be common knowledge easily researchable but it seems not. Poor documentation FTL.

Are the ones you're most likely to find a match on at any time of day, the rest of them are kind of hit and miss as far as I can tell, or you'll only get a specific one out of them.
