Underfoot Anchor Components collection - The Hole - unfinishable?

The shinies in the Guardians of the Underfoot area only dropping half of the collection. I've scoured the entire area and can only find shinies in the areas just above and below the lift. In 60ish pulls I have only found the following:

liquid flame, earthen fluids, oily mass, flowing wave essences, ironized ore, shimmering schumph crystals.

Not found are:

lightning charged ores, mercury gasses, salts, elemental tephra, steel shards, storm water.

I'll concede it's possible I'm missing something, but none of the ones I can't find are on the broker either.

I noticed this as well. Ran around the Underfoot for several hours and didn't find any of the collection pieces you listed. I wasn't sure if they weren't in game yet, or if there is a whole other section of the Underfoot that I'm somehow missing.
