Gear imbalance on test

The scout versions of similar pieces of gear (choker of the desolate one and strapped belt of ykeshan rage) which drop from the same encounter in each case have inferior bonuses. Ranged crit and double attack bonuses are only useful for rangers and is completely irrelevant for the other scouts/fighters and visa versa. Please look into balancing them.

I would love to see some Range crit bonus on the Torque of Peacock Feathers to match the mage piece (Choker of the Desoltae One).
